My group started playing at local clubs and opening for some national acts. My best memory is opening for The Aquarium Rescue Unit. Those guys were one of my favorite bands and Jeff Sipe is probably my favorite drummer. He and Oteil are an incredible rhythm section and I’d love to get a chance to see that lineup again.

I also have had the opportunity to open for some other great bands such as Jazz is Dead. Rod Morgenstein was playing drums and Alfonzo Johnson was on bass. That’s a great section. I’ve also jammed or performed with some great musicians. I started a group with Jeff Bunn from P-Funk Allstars some years ago and had great time. That really introduced me to playing funk. I have also played with C-Knowledge of The Diggable Planets. That was my first hip-hop experience.

I’ve played in many groups over the years and have finally found the one that fits me perfectly. Not only do I love the music but also we have great time just hanging out. I hope for a lot of great times to come with this band and I hope that you are a part of it all.
